Shipping & Returns
All sale items are Final Sale. We do not accept returns for sale items.
We ship everywhere in the world! We send orders out within 24-48 hours of receiving them Monday through Friday (weekends are within 72 hours), and use UPS or USPS for shipping depending on rates. Rates vary by location and weight.
Online Store Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order as long as item(s) are unworn, unwashed and have original tags. Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping. No price adjustments. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, please allow 7-10 days for refunds to be processed. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please note that jewelry, intimates, perfumes, candles, skincare, swimwear and sale items are all final sale! For all international returns, please send a tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org when you ship your items back to us. We highly recommend getting insurance for international returns.
We are more than willing to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. All sales are final on jewelry, intimates, perfumes, candles, skincare, swimwear and sale items. The buyer is responsible for any return/exchange shipping costs. Continuum is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
