To know when your order is likely to be delivered, please view the Delivery and Returns page. We dispatch all orders placed before 1pm the same working day. During our sale periods it can get very busy and orders may take a little longer to be dispatched but we will let you know of any delays as soon as possible.

Returns And Exchanges

Password Problems

If you've forgotten your password, click on the forgotten password link on the Account page. We'll send you a temporary password to your email address. This will give you access to your account where you can then enter a new password.

We can't access your password on your behalf as the database is encrypted for your security.

Washing Garments

We use the finest fabrics to make our clothes. All our clothes have washing and care recommendations. Most require a machine wash at 40° degrees. Once you've washed your garment, reshape it while it's damp by holding the side seams together and shaking the garment, then drying it flat.

Payment types

We accept Switch, Visa, Delta, Mastercard and Amex. We're sorry but we don't accept Diners Club, Discover, Maestro or Solo cards.

Data Security

When you pay online, you can be confident you are in a secure environment. All our card transactions are handled through Braintree, which is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider. Braintree is on Visa's Global Compliant Provider Listand MasterCard's SDP List.

Cardholder data is stored by Braintree using one of the most advanced encryption methods available. Braintree uses multiple encryption keys which are stored on different physical servers. A data thief would not be able to make use of information stolen from a database without also having the key. The data store where cardholder data is kept cannot be connected to via the internet.

All communication between Braintree and us is conducted in a secure fashion using SSL.

If You Suspect Fraud

Given our high levels of security, it's very unlikely fraudulent use of your card will take place on our website. But if a fraudulent transaction does take place, first contact your credit or debit card company so they can protect your card and reimburse you. Then let us know at and we will work with your card company to minimise any further inconvenience to you.
