La Coupelle Pavot en Terre Mêlée (The Marbled Poppy Cup)

A playful dish to hold any and everything, donning a brown marbled design reminiscent to a tortoise shell pattern and adorn with large white bubble handles. Made by a master glassmaker from Biot, in Provence specializing in this unique handblown bubble glass with traditional know-how passed down from father to son. 

Founded by Pauline Vincent, La Romaine Editions is a collection designed to showcase the beauty and poetry in everyday objects. Inspired by her childhood memories of spending time in workshops of craftsmen with her decorator aunt and grandmother, the museums with her curator mother, La Romaine Editions focuses on timeless pieces with conscious design intended to span multiple generations.
